If in the old day pasta was naturally dried by the breeze coming from the sea, today Agnesi uses a delicate drying process that preserved the nutritional properties and the bright yellow color of the wheat while giving pasta a typical “al dente texture” with a rich and full flavor.

Agnesi Sugo All'Arrabbiata is a spicy sauce for pasta made from garlic, tomatoes, and dried red chili peppers cooked in olive oil. No Flavoring.

Ingredients: crushed tomatoes (70%), sieved tomatoes (21.5%), olive oil, onions (1.4%), vegetable fibre, garlic (1%), salt, hot pepper (0.6%), oregano (0.5%), capers (0.2%), acidity regulator: citric acid


Agnesi Sugo Al Basilico is a sauce that blends fragrant basil with ripe Italian tomatoes and onions. These tasty ingredients are cooked slowly to create a delicious and thick sauce that hugs your favorite pasta perfectly. No Flavorings.

Ingredients: tomato pulp (60%), tomato paste (18%), tomato puree (9%). Onions (5%), extra virgin olive oil, basil (2%), sugar, salt  


Agnesi Sugo Alle Olive is made of quality Italian tomatoes and olives. Tomatoes and Extra Virgin Olive Oil are blended with local olives to produce a great pasta sauce for everyday use. Olive pasta sauce can be used with lots of different types of pasta. Simply heat up and add the pasta for a delicious meal in seconds. It can also be used as a base to lots of other sauces too. No Flavoring.

Agnesi Sugo Alle Verdure is tomato sauce with vegetables.
Ingredients: crushed tomatoes (60%), sieved tomatoes (17%), celery (4%), yellow peppers (4%), courgettes (3.4%), aubergines (2.6%), carrots (2%), olive oil (2%), onions (1.3%), salt, vegetable fibre, basil (0.3%), white pper, oregano, marjoram, chives, tarragon, thyme, garlic, acidity regulator, citric acid.

Agnesi Pesto Alla Calabrese

An Italian pesto sauce with a typical Calabrian associating the mild flavour of salted Ricotta Cheese with the hearty taste of Red Peppers. 

Ingredients: Red Peppers (41%), Salted Ricotta (sheep's milk whey & salt)(15%), olive oil (11%), sunflower oil, dextrose, onion, double concentrated tomato paste, Pecorino Romano PDO cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet) (2%), salt, maize starch, acidity regulator: lactic acid, chili pepper (0.05%), oregano


Agnesi Pesto Alla Genovese

Agnesi Pesto Alla Genovese is made with fresh basil, olive oil, with a little bit of cashew nuts and Romane cheese. Mix it with your pasta, salads, spread it on bread, or eat it any way you want to. 

Ingredients: Basil (39%), olive oil (17.5%), sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil (8.9%), Grana Padano PDO cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme) (7%), pine nuts (3%), potato flakes, salt, dextrose, Pecorino Romano PDO cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet) (0.8%), garlic, acidity regulator: lactic acid 


Agnesi Pesto Rosso

Agnesi Pesto Rosso is a variation of Italian pesto that uses sun-dried tomatoes.

Ingredients: Rehydrated dried tomatoes (dried tomatoes, water, salt, apple cider vinegar, antioxidant, ascorbic acid) (40.5%), olive oil (25%), water, sunflower oil, dextrose, basil (1%), oregano (0.2%), thyme (0.2%), marjoram (0.2%), garlic, salt, chilli pepper 


Agnesi Pesto Alla Siciliana

An Italian pesto sauce drove with salted Ricotta (milk whey of sheep, salt), tomato pulp and olive oil 

Ingredients: Salted Ricotta (sheep's milk whey & salt)(23%), tomato pulp (20%), olive oil (18%),  sunflower oil, dextrose, double concentrated tomato paste,  walnuts (4%), Grana Padano PDO cheese (cow's milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme) (3.4%), basil (3%), pine nuts (2.7%), salt, extra virgin olive oil, acidity regulator: lactic acid, maize starch, garlic (0.2%)
