Ingredients:
Organic unbleached wheat flour, binchotan charcoal powder, sea salt, filtered water
Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Remove softened noodles from the pot. Soak in cold water for 30 seconds. Drain water and set aside.
- Stir fry noodles with vegetables. Serve hot. Alterbatively, toss with soba sauce or dashi for soup noodles.
