Recipe Suggestions:
- 1 packet Dancing Chef Indonesian Curry Paste
- 450g Chicken (cut into pieces)
- 150g Potato (cut into pieces and half cooked)
- 200ml Coconut Milk
- 300ml Water
Add Indonesian Curry paste, water, coconut milk in a pot, bring to boil. Then add chicken and potato. Simmer until the chicken is cooked. Remove from heat and serve.
Cooking Tips: To enhance the flavour, add lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf
