Recipe Suggestions:
- 1 packet Dancing Chef Padang Rendang Paste
- 450g Chicken, Beef or Mutton
- 200ml Water
- 150ml Coconut Milk
- 1 stalk Lemongrass
- 4 pcs Kaffir Lime Leaves
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (ground to powder)
Place Padang Rendang Paste, lemongrass, and meat in a pot, and fry for a few minutes. Add water and bring to boil. Add coconut milk, desiccated coconut powder and kaffir lime leaves and simmer until meat is tender and the sauce thicken. (Add in more water if cook with beef or mutton).
Cooking tips: Add in 2-3 Salam leaves to enhance the flavor.
